Yes, the garages have plenty of room for you to store your RV’s, boats, jet skis, and even your collector items.  Each garage has a water supply, sewer drain, storm drain, metered electric service with 50 amp RV plug, andtrash service. 

Gas, Water, Sewer and Trash are included in rent payment.  Electric is individually metered and licensee is responsible for setting up their own account. Each unit is prewired for Comcast highspeed internet along with phone and cable.

Yes, all units will have bathroom rough-in upgrades. A licensee may choose to build out a bathroom, using a licensed contractor with plans approved by All Season Luxury Garages. All bathrooms must be ADA approved with appropriate fixtures and size.  Mezzanine build out options are available as well.  

Yes, each unit has a separate water spigot. 

Yes, each unit has a floor drain, helping to remove melting snow from your garage.

The buildings are constructed of metal siding, steel and concrete.  Units are well insulated. Exterior walls are 6″ concrete.

Your business model must be compliant with F1 zoning in the City of Loveland and in agreement with the All Season Luxury Garages standards. Any retail business that requires a walk-in customer base is absolutely prohibited. Commercial storage is allowed in the garage units.

No, there are no units for sale, long term licenses are available.

No one is allowed to live in the garage units. This area is zoned as a commercial site and not a residential.

No, this is against All Season Luxury Garages policy.

In each unit there are windows on the doors.  In the west Mega Units, there are larger-sized, easy-to-open windows, providing the perfect mountain view for your new mezzanine addition (should you decide to build one).   

No, neither sprinklers or fire suppression systems are required by Larimer County Code.

No, this is against All Season Luxury Garages policy.  Car enthusiasts are encouraged to look at our units for storage, all parts and tools are to be kept inside unit.

Every unit is plumbed for bathroom build-out. There is also a men’s & women’s bathroom located in our office building.

Heat can be completely managed by each licensee. Occupants are responsible for keeping their units from freezing in cold weather.
