Our luxury garage units have amenities above and beyond usual storage units or garages. You can have your very own man (or woman) cave with the comforts, security and conveniences of home.  If you own a service-based business, store your work trucks here or have a work space or private office away from home. Perfect for Northern Colorado RV, car, and boat storage. The possibilities are endless.

Huge Space

Our garages have plenty of room for you to store your RV’s, boats, jet skis and even your collector items.  Each garage has a water supply, sewer drain, storm drain, metered electric service with 50 amp RV plug,  and trash service. 

Utilities Included

Gas, Water, Sewer and Trash are included in rent payment.  Electric is individually metered the licensee is responsible for setting up their own account.  Each unit is prewired for Comcast highspeed internet along with phone and cable.

Bathroom Rough-In

All units will have bathroom rough-in upgrades. A licensee may choose to build out a bathroom, using a licensed contractor with plans approved by All Season Luxury Garages. All bathrooms must be ADA approved with appropriate fixtures and size.  Mezzanine build out options are available as well.

Metal, Steel, Concrete Construction

The buildings are constructed of steel and concrete with a metal roof.  Units are well insulated. Exterior walls are 6″ concrete.

Windows On The West

There are windows on the west end of the mega units. All other units have a walk-thru man door and a 14′ garage door. All units are bright and well-lit with LED lights, with automated motion sensors.

You Manage Your Heat

Heat can be completely managed by each licensee. Each unit has a thermostat for climate control.  Occupants are responsible for keeping their units from freezing in cold weather.
